One-off guidance/screening sessions and ongoing Therapy for smart, highly masked neurocomplex adults

Do you:

  • Wonder if you are ADHD, Autistic, or AuDHD?
  • Need step-by-step guidance on where to start with assessment and treatment options, including how to get a free NHS Right to Choose assessment and upto £69,000pa of government Access to Work support?
  • Require therapy or post-diagnostic support, that is specialist and neurodiversity-affirming – to develop an authentic, happy and meaningful life?

I work with neurocomplex adults, who are often smart and creative professionals, with high-masking and well-developed coping strategies. You might look successful on the outside, but inside, it’s always felt that life is somehow harder.

You might have reached a period of burnout, be identifying with things on social media, be seeking post-diagnosis support, have experienced related trauma, or are experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem.

I get you, and I have extensive professional and personal expertise to support you with your wonderful wiring.

I offer real, evidence-based help from an experienced, accredited therapist. I integrate Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), ACT, Parts Work, EMDR and CBT. No over-labelling or sales pitch.

You might be ADHD is you have a highly creative, empathic brain that goes at 100mph, with a strong drive to do things and for new experiences. This can make you highly successful – you are the explorers and innovators. But, in modern society, it can also lead to exhaustion or a cycle of boom/bust and feel like you’re not good enough;

You might be Autistic if you sometimes have a different way of looking at things, are great with systems and attention to detail, with excellent specialist knowledge in particular areas (e.g. psychology, sports, engineering, or something unique to you), and often a strong sense of right/wrong. Similarly, these can be big strengths – you are the innovators and systematisers. However, in modern society, social interactions can be exhausting/confusing, you get upset if things aren’t ‘right’, have sensory issues, or feel like there’s something wrong with you;

You might be AuDHD if you have traits of both, which may camouflage the other or create a sense of internal battle.

From one-off guidance sessions to ongoing therapeutic support, I can help you with:
